Smart Labels allow Brandwise to automatically categorize incoming messages using AI-powered detection. Smart Labels enable your team to easily organize, prioritize, and route specific types of customer interactions for faster resolution.
How Smart Labels Work
Brandwise AI scans the content of each incoming comment, DM, or email
Based on your configured Smart Labels, our AI will apply whichever label is a best fit (if none are a fit, no label will be applied)
You can filter your inbox by Smart Labels to quickly view certain topics/scenarios
Smart Labels cost an extra 1 AI credit per comment (regardless of how many Labels are created/enabled)
How to Create Smart Labels
You can access Smart Labels management by navigating to the AI Assistant page, select the "Smart Labels" tab, then select "Add Label"
To create your Smart Label, enter the following information:
Title — Name the Smart Label (e.g. "Positive Reviews", "Shipping Inquiry").
Description — Provide a short explanation of what the label should identify. Our AI will use the Title + Description to match it up to new conversations, so be specific
Channels — Choose whether the label applies to Comments, Emails, or both.
High Priority (Optional) — Turn on this setting to prioritize these conversations at the top of your inbox.
Click Save Label to activate.
Examples of Smart Labels
Shipping Inquiry: Questions about shipping status, delays, or tracking information
Return Request: Messages related to product returns or the return process
Address Change: Requests to update or modify a shipping address for an order
Positive Reviews: Comments that praise products, customer service, or provide testimonials
Product Complaints: Complaints about product issues, defects, or broken items
You can create additional custom Smart Labels to fit your specific business needs, allowing the AI to automatically tag conversations based on the topics you care about.
