This article will guide you through the process of adding additional Meta (Facebook) pages to your Brandwise account.

Before you begin

Before adding a new Meta page, please ensure you have reviewed our guide on Why can't I link my pages? to ensure you meet all the prerequisites for connecting a page.

Most importantly, all pages you want to connect must be managed under a single Meta profile.

Steps to add a new Meta page

  1. Navigate to Settings > Social Media in your Brandwise account.

  2. Click on the Connect Page button. This will open a pop-up window from Meta.

In the Meta pop-up window, it is crucial that you click on Edit previous settings. If you do not do this, you will not be able to select any new pages.

  • You will now be able to see a list of your Meta pages. Select the new page(s) you want to add to your Brandwise account.

  • Ensure that you grant all the requested permissions for the new pages.

  • Click Done to confirm your selection, and then OK to close the pop-up window.

Troubleshooting

  • I can't see the page I want to add. If the page you want to add is not listed, it's likely that it's not managed by the Meta Business Manager that is connected to your Brandwise account. You can check and change this by navigating to Business settings > Accounts > Pages in your Meta Business Suite.

  • I don't see the "Edit previous settings" option. This option will only appear if you have previously connected a Meta page to your Brandwise account. If you are connecting a page for the first time, you can follow the instructions in our Connect your social media accounts article.

  • I'm still having trouble connecting my pages. Please double-check that you have reviewed all the information in the Why can't I link my pages? article. Most connection issues are due to not meeting the prerequisites outlined in this guide.
