Scheduled Tasks let you set up prompts that Obie runs automatically on a recurring schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly. Get reports, analyses, and updates delivered without lifting a finger.
How to Set Up a Scheduled Task
Go to Settings → Obie → Scheduled Tasks
Click Create Task
Write the prompt you want Obie to run (e.g. a weekly report)
Choose a frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly
Set your timezone so tasks run at the right time
Save — Obie will run this prompt automatically on schedule
What Happens When a Task Runs
Obie executes your prompt just like a normal chat conversation
The full chat history for each run is saved so you can review it anytime
You receive an email notification when each run completes
You can track run status: queued, running, completed, or failed
Use Cases
