Obie isn't just for analysis — it can also make changes to your Brandwise account. Ask Obie to update your Knowledge Base, create Smart Labels, and set up Automations, all through natural conversation.

Note: For any change that modifies your account, Obie will ask you to confirm before proceeding.

Knowledge Base

Your Knowledge Base stores company info, product details, FAQs, and more. Obie references it when generating auto-replies, so keeping it up to date directly improves your automation quality.

What Obie can do:

  • Create new pages and folders

  • Edit existing page content

  • Delete pages you no longer need

  • Search your Knowledge Base for specific information

  • Research the web and add external info to your Knowledge Base

All changes are versioned — you can always roll back from the Knowledge Base page.

Example prompts:

  • "Analyze my most common customer questions and compare them against my Knowledge Base. What gaps are we missing?"

  • "Create a new Knowledge Base page about our return policy. Here are the details: [paste details]"

  • "Research [competitor website] and add a comparison page to our Knowledge Base."

Smart Labels

Smart Labels are AI-powered tags that automatically categorize incoming messages. Obie can create and manage them for you.

What Obie can do:

  • Create new labels with names and descriptions (the AI uses the description to decide when to apply it)

  • Edit existing label names, descriptions, and channel availability

  • Delete labels you no longer need

  • Enable/disable labels per channel (comments, DMs, emails, live chat)

  • Set priority flags for high-priority labels

Example prompts:

  • "Analyze my last 30 days of messages and suggest new Smart Labels for recurring themes that don't have labels yet."

  • "Create a Smart Label called 'Shipping Issue' for comments and DMs where customers ask about shipping delays."

Automations

Obie can set up automation rules that run automatically on incoming messages.

Available automation types:

  • Auto-Reply — automatically send a response

  • Auto-Draft — create a draft reply for your team to review

  • Auto-Like — automatically like/heart messages

  • Auto-Hide — hide inappropriate messages

  • Auto-Archive — archive resolved conversations

  • Auto-Assign — route messages to specific team members

  • Auto-Translate — translate messages to your preferred language

Automation conditions:

  • Target: all messages, only unanswered messages, or messages with a specific Smart Label

  • Channel: comments, DMs, emails, or live chat

  • Content filters: keyword matching, ad vs. organic, media type (image/video/text)

  • Timing: active hours, first-message detection for DMs

Example prompts:

  • "Set up an auto-reply rule for DMs that answers common shipping questions using our Knowledge Base."

  • "Which incoming messages could we automate but aren't currently? Recommend specific rules to create."

  • "Create an auto-draft rule for all comments on our ad campaigns that need a reply."
