Our pricing system is entirely based on your AI usage. Every subscription plan has access to all features and unlimited team members, the only difference is how many AI credits you'll receive each month.
AI Credits are consumed anytime our AI does something for you. Here's a full breakdown:
Comment Moderation: 1 AI credit per comment, regardless of whether it is hidden or not (AI scans every single comment)
AI Replies: 1 AI credit per reply our AI writes for you
Smart Labels: 1 AI credit per interaction, regardless of whether a label is applied or not (AI scans every single interaction)
By default, none of these AI features are enabled, so it is totally up to you on how much you'd like our AI to be doing for you.
You can upgrade/downgrade your plan by navigating to Settings > Billing and choosing the plan you'd like to switch to.
