Open any comment, DM, or email thread in your inbox
Click the Generate button in the reply composer
The AI will draft a reply based on your Knowledge Base and the conversation context
Review and edit the draft as needed
Click Send when you're satisfied
What the AI Uses
Knowledge Base — your company info, FAQs, product details
Conversation history — previous messages in the thread
Ad context — for ad comments, the AI knows which product/landing page the ad links to
Customer info — Shopify order data (if connected)
Your feedback — general and interaction feedback you've provided
Tips for Better Replies
Keep your Knowledge Base up to date — the AI can only reference what you've added
Start with Auto-Draft mode to review replies before they're sent automatically
Use AI Feedback to fine-tune tone, language, and accuracy over time
Include product URLs in your Knowledge Base so the AI can answer product-specific questions accurately
