If comments are no longer appearing in your dashboard, here are some steps to troubleshoot:
Quick Checks
Go to Settings > Social Media and confirm your page is still listed
Make sure moderation is enabled for the page
Common Causes
If your page is listed and moderation is on, the connection to Meta may have been interrupted. This can happen when:
You recently changed your Facebook or Instagram password
Your Facebook account was temporarily disabled for security reasons
Meta periodically logs out accounts on all devices, which can break third-party connections
How to Fix It

After reconnecting, comments will appear as you receive them.
