Brandwise supports Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Here's how to connect each platform.

Follow the authorization prompts for that platform

Select the specific pages/accounts to connect

1. Go to Settings &gt; Social Media
2. Click Connect Page
3. Select the platform you want to connect
4. Follow the authorization prompts for that platform
5. Select the specific pages/accounts to connect
6. Click Connect

When connecting Meta pages, be sure to select:

The Meta Business Manager that owns the pages

The Instagram page(s) you want to connect

- The Meta Business Manager that owns the pages
- The Facebook page(s) you want to connect
- The Instagram page(s) you want to connect

To connect an Instagram page, it must be a Professional account linked to a Facebook page. See <a href="https://help.brandwise.ai/en/articles/9518744">Why can't I link my pages?</a> for troubleshooting.

Click Connect Page and select TikTok. You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorize access. Make sure you're logged into the correct TikTok account in your browser before connecting.

To connect multiple TikTok accounts, you must fully log out of the current TikTok account in your browser before connecting the next one. See <a href="https://help.brandwise.ai/en/articles/12263732">How do I connect multiple TikTok pages?</a>

Click Connect Page and select YouTube. Authorize Brandwise to access your YouTube channel. Once connected, Brandwise will sync comments on your videos.

Toggle AI Moderation on/off per page from Settings &gt; Social Media
