A Note on Instagram Ads
There is a limitation from Meta that affects Instagram ads. If you are running ads on Instagram without a connected Instagram page (i.e., your ads are only connected to your Facebook page), we cannot receive comments from those ads.
To moderate your Instagram ad comments, you must run your Instagram ads from an actual Instagram page.
