There is a limitation from Meta that affects how we can moderate comments on Instagram ads. If you are running ads on Instagram without a connected Instagram page (i.e., your ads are only connected to your Facebook page), we are not able to receive comments from those ads.

In order for Brandwise to moderate your Instagram ad comments, you must run your Instagram ads from an actual Instagram page.
