Overview

Influencer Collaboration lets you manage comments from partnership ads (also called whitelisted ads) with influencers on Instagram and Facebook. Converting a page to an influencer page filters out organic posts and DMs—you'll only see comments from partnership ads, reducing credit usage and keeping your inbox focused.

What are partnership ads? These are paid ads run through an influencer's account but labeled "Paid partnership with [Brand]." They combine influencer authenticity with brand advertising power.

Before you begin

What you'll need:

  • Active Brandwise subscription

  • For Instagram: Know which brand pages are running the partnership ads

  • For Facebook: Know your brand's website URL that appears in ad CTA links

Important: Once converted to an influencer page, all organic comments, DMs, and non-partnership ad comments will be filtered out. Only partnership ad comments matching your configuration will appear in Brandwise.

Two ways to set up influencer pages

The method you use depends on your level of access to the influencer's page:

Option 1: You have full access to the influencer's page

If the brand has full admin access to the influencer's page, you can connect and convert it yourself.

  1. Go to InboxComments

  2. Click Page Settings in the left sidebar

  3. Select the influencer's page and click the About tab

  4. Click Convert to Influencer Page

  5. Configure the partnership settings:

    • For Instagram: Select at least one partner account (your brand pages where partnership ads are running)

    • For Facebook: Enter at least one brand website URL that appears in your ad CTA links (e.g., https://brandwise.ai—use the base URL only, not full URLs with tracking parameters)

  6. Click Convert

Alternative location: You can also convert pages from SettingsSocial MediaInfluencer Pages section. Both methods work the same way.

Option 2: You don't have access to the influencer's page

If you don't have full access to the influencer's page, send them a branded invite link. The creator can connect their page in a few clicks without creating a Brandwise account.

  1. Go to SettingsSocial Media

  2. In the Influencer Pages section, click Create Invite Link

  3. Configure the invite:

    • Page Name: The influencer's page name

    • Expires After: Choose 1, 7, or 30 days

    • Platform: Select Instagram, Facebook, or Both

  4. Add your partnership configuration:

    • For Instagram: Select your brand's partner accounts (the pages where you're running partnership ads with this influencer)

    • For Facebook: Enter your brand website URL(s) that appear in your ad CTA links

  5. Click Generate Invite Link

  6. Copy and share the link with your influencer partner

The invite page is branded with your company information and explains to the creator that connecting their page lets you manage comments on your partnership ads together. No Brandwise account required for them.

Test your setup

After converting a page, verify it's working correctly:

  1. Check for the influencer icon next to the page name in SettingsSocial Media

  2. Leave a comment on an organic post from the influencer page

  3. Confirm this comment does NOT appear in Brandwise (it should be filtered out)

  4. Check that comments on partnership ads DO appear in your inbox

If organic comments are filtered out and partnership ad comments appear, your setup is working correctly.

Convert back to a standard page

To revert an influencer page back to showing all comments:

  1. Go to InboxComments

  2. Click Page Settings in the left sidebar

  3. Select the influencer page and click the About tab

  4. Click Convert to Standard Account and confirm

The page will now import all comments, DMs, and engagement again.
