Brandwise lets you customize how comments are moderated on a per-page basis. Each connected page can have its own moderation settings.

Accessing Moderation Settings

  1. Go to your Inbox > Comments

  2. Click Page Settings in the left sidebar

  3. Select the page you want to configure

AI Moderation

When enabled, Brandwise's AI automatically scans every incoming comment and decides whether to hide it based on your brand's guidelines. Comments that violate your rules are hidden instantly (in under a second).

The AI considers factors like toxicity, spam, offensive language, and irrelevant content.

Image Moderation

When enabled, Brandwise also scans images attached to comments for inappropriate content (nudity, violence, etc.) and hides comments with flagged images.

Hide All Comments

You can choose to hide all comments on a page — useful for high-volume ad campaigns where you want total control:

  • Hide All Post Comments — hides every comment on all posts

  • Hide All Ad Post Comments — hides every comment on ad posts only

How Moderation Sources Work Together

A comment can be hidden by several sources:

  • AI Moderation — flagged by the AI review

  • Keyword Blacklist — matched a blacklisted keyword

  • Blocked User — from a user you've blocked

  • Automation Rule — triggered by an auto-hide automation

  • Manual — hidden by you or a team member

You can always see why a comment was hidden in your inbox — the hidden reason is displayed on each comment.
