Every subscription plan includes access to all features and unlimited team members. The only difference between plans is how many AI credits you receive each month.
What Are AI Credits?
AI Credits are consumed anytime Brandwise's AI performs an action for you. By default, no AI features are enabled — you control how much AI does for you.
Credit Usage Breakdown
Each action costs 1 AI credit:
Comment Moderation — 1 credit per comment scanned (regardless of whether it's hidden)
AI Reply — 1 credit per reply generated (comments, DMs, or email)
Smart Labels (Comments) — 1 credit per comment scanned for labeling
Smart Labels (DMs) — 1 credit per DM scanned for labeling
Smart Labels (Email) — 1 credit per email scanned for labeling
Smart Labels (Live Chat) — 1 credit per live chat message scanned for labeling
Email Auto-Draft — 1 credit per auto-drafted email reply
Obie Chat — 1 credit per Obie conversation message
DM Campaigns — 1 credit per campaign message sent
Credit Alerts
Brandwise sends email alerts when your credit usage reaches 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of your monthly allowance, so you're never caught off guard.

You can purchase additional credits as a one-time top-up at any time:
2,500 credits — $70
5,000 credits — $140
10,000 credits — $280
15,000 credits — $420
